Introducing the concept of 'Performance support' is hard. At least in the Netherlands. Using the term 'workflow learning' doesn't always helps. In order to give it a try, I've designed this visual to make at least make the focus on supporting people part clear. To emphasize 'the workflow as' a context for the support, i've been using the visual below.
